1. Intellectual Property Ownership / Propriedade Intelectual

1.1 Course Materials: All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of the Provider (Bobby Auto Escola™, owned by Babak Sadrzadeh, known as Bobby) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1.2 License: The Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
